Project Overview: Coral World Ocean Park Website Redesign
This project focused on redesigning Coral World Ocean Park’s website to better reflect the energy of the park while improving usability and driving bookings. The existing site was due for a refresh, and the goal was to create a more user-friendly, conversion-driven experience that highlights Coral World’s unique offerings and conservation efforts.
The new design incorporates updated brand colors, a more intuitive menu structure, and optimized landing pages that guide users toward combo bookings and clarify what’s included with general admission. A key feature of the redesign is a fully interactive digital park map, replacing the costly printed version and allowing visitors to explore the park through QR codes and mobile access—helping reduce costs while enhancing the guest experience.
Responsive Design
The redesigned website is fully responsive, ensuring a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices—crucial for visitors planning their trip on the go. With a conversion-focused layout, the site guides users through a clear booking journey, highlighting combo packages and key activities along the way.
Interactive elements like the digital park map and embedded video content enhance engagement, while mobile-friendly navigation and strategically placed CTAs make it easy for users to find information and book their visit, no matter the device.
Notable Features
One of the most impactful features of the redesign was the creation of an interactive digital park map, replacing costly printed materials and saving the park thousands of dollars per reprint.
Designed for easy mobile access via in-park QR codes, the map allows guests to navigate the park directly from their phones—viewing presentation schedules, locating exhibits, accessing dining menus, and even booking activities in specific areas of the park in real time. This feature not only enhances the guest experience but also supports operational efficiency and encourages additional on-site conversions.
